I think i'm having sleep disorder or something. I always sleep at around 4-7pm and then i do other stuff from like 10pm - 3am or so. Like zOMG. Then i feel energetic in school in the morning but feel reallllllly drowsy after recess. In the afternoon, i'll feel like i'm half dead and get all moody. Argh, crap!

But anyways, First of all, i would like to say, MY MOM IS COMING BACK ON SUNDAY! YAY!

I've finally realised how tough it is for me to live without my dearest&lovely mommmmmy. The past 1 week was hell for me, seriously. Everyday after school(which ends at around6.30 cause of CCA), i have to worry about my last meal of the day and then, prolly how long i should take to eat my dinner.

After that, i have to somewhat estimate how much time i'll need to actually get back home and do my hmw, do the laundry, do the house chores. And i don't even have the time to blog except for today(im still not done with the laundry and its alrdy 10.30pm now), so this is crap. Worst part of all, after a long and tiring day, my air-con's not working properly.

At first when i switch it on, it's still cold and chilly, then after awhile it just somewhat "conk-off" and becomes a "HEATER". WHY MUST YOU BLOODY DO THIS TO ME!? I'm already so worn out and then you're doing sth so terrible to me!?! TO HELL WITH SANYO AIRCON, bullshit.
Conclusion: MOM IS THE BEST, MOM'S COOKING IS THE BEST(im so sick and tired of eating out&there goes the healthy-living plan), MOM'S SO VERY EFFICIENT(e.g doing the hsechores&washing of laundry and bla), MOM'S STILL MY BEST CONFIDANTE.

So again, school ain't so great for me. I wish i could just transfer school(had longed to transfer since sec1) but my grades are so pathetic i couldn't make it into cresecent. Oh well. Now i so totally regret not studying for PSLE in primary school. My aggregate score was 220, another perhaps 10marks or so i'll so totally get into crescent. Plus my HMT ( which i just passed T_T ) i would have been a happy cresecentian now. Still, after crapping bout this, i'm still not motivated to study for MYE yet. LOL, i have no idea why but yeah. Ever since EOY 2007, i am so not into the mood of studying for MYE. Probably cause of all the bloody weekly focus tests that made me test "unconscious". Oh ya, if you still didn't know, I'M TAKING "O" levels next year during maybe like MAY? LIKE HOLYSHIT, I'M SO NOT PREPARED FOR IT.

On a cheerier note, its probably a good thing cause i just have to endure with the nonsense in school for 1 year and i'll be off to POLY! New life, hopefully a better life. Then i don't have to see Ginn anymore, and i won't have to feel like slapping him whenever i see him every now and then.

Okaye, i'd better stop whining before you get so bored listening(reading actually) to my old grandnanny story.

Bought TEENS mag w PANIC! at the disco poster in this issue( IM SO HAPPYYYYYY KYAAAA>_<) on my way home from JP, and i read about this particular article talking about coffee and its benefits(since its on its benefits of course they wont write anything that's too negative bout it right), so i'm gonna share with you the HEALTH BENEFITS OF COFFEE:
Fact number 1:
Reduces risk of certain diseases - Harvard researchers found out that consuming one t three cups of caffeinated cofee dail can redue diabetes risk by single digits and that having six or more cups daily reduced men's risk by 54 per cent and wmen's by 30 per cent over thoe who don't drink coffee!

So i guess i should start drinking coffee? Perhaps.

Fact number 2:
Reduces risk of skin cancer - A research team at The State Uni of New Jersey found that when combined with exercise, caffeine may help to protect agast the destuctive effects of the un's ultravioelt-B (UVB) radiation, known to induce skin cancer.

Great, so who needs tanning lotions now, coffee does the trick.

Fact number 3:
Zero Carbs in Coffee - There are zero carbohydrates in coffee, only nine aloies in each cup- and so few you could burn them off just by walking around the block. These are the figures for a freshly-brewed cup of coffee that's free of cream or sugar. Well, besides its zilch carbs content, the other nutritional values of coffee also stack the healthy odds in its favour:

  • Contains no cholesterol and no saturated fat
  • Low in sodium
  • Contains no sugar
  • High in magnesium, pantothenic acid, potassium ad riboflavin

So, this again, goes to show how great coffee is, i'm kinda convinced to drink coffee. This is especially great for females who are beauty-conscious.

Fact number 4 :
For moderate drinker, coffee is safe. Moderat consumption doesn't harm but is possible beneficial. So, coffee is not bad for health!


Fact number 5 :
Coffee is not addictive, provided you don't drink too much of it. Research results showed that consumption of one to three cups of coffee daily has no affect on the area of the brain involved with addiction, dependence and reward. Instead, it would take about 7 or more cups of caffeinated coffee consumed consecutively to activate this part of the brain. When that happens, effects include anxiety, nervousness and depression.

Fact number 6 :
Caffeine stimulates the brain and nervous system to do things differently, (like) signallying you to ignore fatigue or recruit extra muscle units for intense athletic performance.

Fact number 7 :
Coffee also increase your brain power (when you drink it,e.g in the morn). Coffee is a mild and natural neural stimulant, and according to research after taking caffeine, an individual"is capable of greater sustained intellectual effort and a more perfect association of ideas. There is also a keener appreciation of sensory stimuli, and motor activity is increase; typists. E.g, work faster and with fewer errors.

Fact number 8 :
Coffee stains teeth - TRUE. Never sip offee throughout the day if you still want to sustain your bright clean&white teeth. Less contact, the better.

So yeah, i'm convince to try coffee one day. Hahaha, sounds like a health product or something.
TEENS mag is awesome, but there's a section where i don't really like and its the penpal section where you so called advertise yourself on it. I find it pretty dumb and people who writes in are kinda despo. Oh well, everybody who writes in wants to meet friends/ get a girlfriend bla bla. So here's the writing format:

Female category-
- intro bout yourself - E.g i am a chinese girl who wants to find serious relationship with a guy aged 14-18.
- NAME - E.g XiaoKeAi, 16
- ADDRESS - E.g cellphone number, home address
- LIKES - E.g Making friends, listening to music
- DISLIKES - E.g BETRAYERS(95% of all male and female that have written in wrote this), BACKSTABBERS ( AND THIS), LIARS !

I'm so amazed at how TEENS actually published all this crap on their magazine. Betrayers is a non-existent word. I was literally laughing my ass off when i saw this. But meh, perhaps this is a word that local people love using? Like lah, lei, lor and hor. So, lets try adapting to this new and non existent word yet virtually exist in our own dictionary( DOES NOT APPLY TO ME YET ).

I was blog hopping just now, and i went to xiaxue's blog to check out on her latest post. She's really gorgeous and i think she looks like jap. Her room is so pinkish, LAWL. Kinda outstanding. Nice room she have got. Oh anyways, her latest post is on iPhone review. Watch this and you'll understand.




China iPhones ain't that bad but hey, APPLE CREATORS obviously didn't spare a thought for ALL FEMALE ON EARTH. How is it supposed to be user-friendly when there's no stylus and we're supposed to use our FINGERS to touch the screen. As you know women love leaving long fingernails, so this shows something, APPLE products can be branded but yet it's functionality and productivity is 0(bear in mind that APPLE PRODUCTS ARE COSTLY). I suppose i can use this phrase on apple products, which is "White Elephants"( applying what i've learnt from today's EL lessons).

Conclusion about APPLE PRODUCTS: Its mediocre, but stylish and looks chic, DEFINITELY AIN'T CHEAP, its fcuking exy, so if you have too much $ to spare and want sth hippy and does not care bout functionality, get an apple product now! Or else, cross APPLE PRODUCTS off your WISHLIST/ WANT LIST!

FYI, I THINK MS STRAATEN IS SUCHA GOOD ENGLISH TEACHER(im starting to like her more) cept that she gets alittle too uptight/paranoid at points of the day. She can be really dramatic and thats why i love her lessons cause she's vair dramatic! ( its as if im saying WHY = WHY)
